January 15, 2025 - (Gold Market Wire) - The recent comeback in the PM space has taken a small setback as the US Dollar strengthens. Market participants are starting to wonder, "Is that it for the Dollar bears?"

They are right to worry:

Hating on the US Dollar is the pastime of the Goldbugs. They think it's what has fuelled the price of Gold. They are obviously myopic...or maybe blind. The US Dollar bottomed in 2008 and has been on a long-term rally since.

As the saying goes, "A man sees what he wants to see."

What we see is an embattled EURO.

...and, please, don't say the Yen is any better.
