April 6, 2023 - (Gold Market Wire) - Once again, discipline pays dividends in the Gold trade. Nothing special or scientific about it. The market is strong, it built a channel, we traded the channel, end of story.

And so we wait for the next development in the market. Will the entry into a long weekend force more buying? Presently, we feel it will. Half way down the Bar from the April 4 high is where we re-considered more length. We have to admit - the pullbacks are looking hesitant - without conviction. Still we will respect the market and hope for a Thursday draw-down, knowing the end of the day could cause a run-up, into a long period of time when many markets will be closed.
